Vitamin D Deficiency and Back Pain Remedies

Many people have back pain problem. The reasons for back pain are many and various. In some cases, it may be caused by an injury; in other cases, it may due to a nutritional deficiency. Actually, in our daily diet, many foods are rich of vitamin D, such as fish and grains. However, it is the cod liver oil which contains highest vitamin D. Besides, herring, catfish and shellfish, such as oyster, salmon, halibut and steelhead trout also contain abundant natural vitamin D. Milk, infant formula, orange juice, and infant formula are the foods which are fortified with vitamin D.

Taking moderate Vitamin B12 is also good for your back pain relief. However, it is difficult for us to assimilate it. So generally, the best ways of absorbing B12 are sublingually and by injection. Besides, pernicious anemia can also be relieved or alleviated by taking B12. For the Vegetarians, it may take long and hard time to absorb moderate B12 because most of B12 are contained in animal proteins. So if you are a member of Vegetarians, in order to absorb a reasonable amount of B12, you’d better pay attention to your vegetarian diet.
